Integrity Financial & Bookkeeping is in the process of a major transition over to a separate corporation from Spirit Services - this is a good thing, and nothing for any currrent client to be concerned about. All processes will continue as planned, and taxes will be filed accordingly for our clients.

This change is a move from the parent corporation (SSII) to create separate corporate entities for each division of the multi-service corporation that has existed in business since November 1994.

Tax and accounting reasons have created this need for change to improve accountability and efficiency with the existing processes, and will also hold each divisions separately accountable for their business activities.
